Product must be returned in unused condition. Practical Pest Consulting, LLC must be notified within 30 days of purchase by phone or email. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the product back. If the product is damaged or unusable, half of the purchase price will be refunded. If product is damaged or unusable, we will offer to replace it at no cost.

2 Year Replacement

If the product is damaged or made unusable within the first 2 years of purchase, it will be replaced at no cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The replacement product will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged product at no cost.
